CyberArk L2/L3 Support EngineerWe are looking for experienced

CyberArk L2/L3 Support Engineers

with strong hands-on experience in supporting and managing enterprise CyberArk environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk PAM environments.Manage and troubleshoot CyberArk

Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM

components.Perform privileged account onboarding and Safe management.Handle password rotation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.Perform platform onboarding and plugin development.Support Active Directory / LDAP integrations.Manage Incident, Problem,



and Change Management activities.Troubleshoot CyberArk production issues and provide timely resolution.For L3 Engineers:Perform CyberArk upgrades and migrations.Support Vault recovery and Disaster Recovery activities.Develop and customize CyberArk platforms.Automate tasks using

PowerShell / Python .Develop and support

CyberArk REST API integrations .Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of hands-on experience with

CyberArk PAM .Strong knowledge of Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.Experience in privileged account onboarding and password management.Good knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.Experience with AD / LDAP integration.Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.Experience with platform onboarding and plugin development.CyberArk certifications will be an added advantage.If you have solid hands-on experience in

CyberArk PAM support and administration
