Project Manager – Digital Banking / Wealth / Contact Centre

Experience : 8–15 YearsLocation : Delhi/Mumbai/Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Digital Transformation, Digital Banking, Wealth and Contact Centre transformation.

The candidate should have proven experience managing end-to-end implementation of digital initiatives, working with internal, external and business stakeholders, and delivering complex Agile programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver multiple

Digital Transformation

projects from initiation through implementation.Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communication.Manage internal, external and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Drive implementation of Wealth digital experience journeys across Mobile and Web.Lead implementation of Digital CCT journeys for retail banking customers, preferably with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.Lead Retail Banking

Contact Centre

and

CCaaS

transformation initiatives.Manage implementation involving Genesys CX Migration or similar Contact Centre platforms.Coordinate with product, technology, business, analytics and vendor teams.Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning,



execution and delivery.Lead PI (Program Increment) Planning and ensure alignment across Agile teams.Track project progress, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.Ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital customer journeys.Mandatory Skills8–15 years of experience with strong core Project Management experience.Proven experience implementing Digital Transformation projects.Strong Digital Banking experience.Experience implementing Wealth digital journeys across Mobile/Web.Experience implementing

Digital CCT journeys

for retail banking customers.At least 2 full-cycle Digital CCT implementations.Strong experience with Retail Banking Contact Centre and CCaaS.Hands-on understanding of Contact Centre environments.Experience with

Genesys

CX Migration or similar tools/platforms.Experience in one or more of:IVR,CCaaS,Omnichannel Delivery Agent Assist,Data & Analytics,BM/MI and KPI tracking/reporting,Chatbot / Voicebot,NLU,LLM / GenAIRM Chat / WhatsAppGenesys CloudStrong Agile experience.Strong JIRA and Confluence exposure.Robust PI Planning capabilities.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
