A rapid-growing consumer technology company is expanding its

manufacturing and refurbishment operations through a strategic OEM partner in Bangalore .A significant proportion of the company's device assembly is currently carried out at this OEM facility. The scope of operations is now being expanded to include

refurbishment activities and in-house manufacturing of plastic cabinets through injection moulding .We are looking for an experienced and hands-on

Plant Operations Manager / OEM Operations Lead

who will act as the company's dedicated representative at the OEM facility and take

end-to-end ownership of operations .The role will involve overseeing the complete operational ecosystem at the facility—from

procurement coordination and supplier management to assembly, refurbishment, injection moulding, quality, cost management and adherence to company SOPs .The individual will be responsible for ensuring that the OEM facility consistently delivers against expected standards of

quality, cost, delivery, efficiency and operational discipline .

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be an

experienced, hands-on manufacturing operations professional

capable of independently managing a complex OEM-based operation.EducationBachelor's degree / Diploma in

Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Tool & Die Making, Manufacturing Engineering

or a related technical discipline.Additional qualifications in

Operations, Manufacturing Management or Business Management

will be an advantage.Experience & SkillsRelevant experience in

manufacturing, factory or plant operations .Experience with

plastic components, polymers and/or injection moulding

would be highly desirable.Experience managing operations at a

vendor, contract manufacturing or OEM facility

would be an added advantage.Highly hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with shop-floor and vendor teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
