About the Role
Care.fi is looking for a
Product Designer
to revamp the user experience across our product.You’ll work closely with Product & Engineering to:Review existing user journeys and identify usability gapsRedesign key flows to make them simpler, intuitive and consistentBring consistency across UI, interactions and design componentsBuild reusable design patterns / componentsTranslate complex product workflows into clean, user-friendly experiencesCreate wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma
What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in Product / UI-UX DesignStrong understanding of usability and user-centric designProficiency in FigmaAbility to think in terms of
end-to-end user journeys
, not just individual screensStrong product sense and attention to detailExperience working in a fast-paced startup workplace is a plus
