Play Zone Area Manager (Play Area Manager / FEC Manager)

to lead the daily operations of our play zone at our Vasant Kunj venue, ensuring a safe, fun, and seamless experience for every guest.

What You'll Do:-

Oversee daily operations of the play zone, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of equipmentManage and train a team of play zone attendants/staffCoordinate and execute party/event bookings within the play zoneHandle guest interactions, bookings, and resolve on-ground issues promptlyManage cash handling, POS records, and prepare regular revenue/performance reportsMonitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordinationEnsure compliance with safety protocols and hygiene standardsCollaborate with other departments (events, F&B;, marketing) for smooth guest experience





What We're Looking For :-

2-4 years of experience in play area/FEC operations, hospitality, or entertainment venue managementPrior experience as a Play Area Manager, Play Zone Supervisor, or similar role preferredStrong leadership and people-management skillsExcellent communication and guest-handling skillsAbility to multitask in a rapid-paced environmentComfortable working weekends/holidays as per business needs
