Key Responsibilities:● Process simple to complex customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.● Handle inquiries from clients related to order status, fulfillment,
and product information.● Use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions related to order processingand fulfillment.● Ensure compliance with all company and business policies.● Administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow through the system.● Monitor and evaluate all order issues, working to resolve discrepancies in productionmetrics and ensuring a high level of accuracy.● Manage communication with the sales department regarding order status and anynecessary follow-up.● Follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete theabove tasks and other daily job functions.● Utilize strong researching capabilities to resolve order-related issues.
