About the Role Bacca Bucci is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Accounts Executive

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

Tally or Zoho Books , along with a good working knowledge of

Excel, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting .Experience in

e-commerce marketplace accounting or the fashion industry

will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.Perform regular

bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations .Prepare, verify, and manage

B2B invoices

and related documentation.Assist in

GST and TDS compliance , including preparation of relevant data and supporting documents.Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, and accounting documentation.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for accounting-related matters.Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting entries, invoices, and reconciliations.Support the finance team in month-end closing and other accounting activities.Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





B.Com or equivalent qualification .1–2 years of relevant experience

in accounting/finance.Hands-on proficiency in

Tally Prime or Zoho Books .Basic to intermediate knowledge of

MS Excel .Working knowledge of

GST and TDS .Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, reconciliations, and invoicing.Positive attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities within deadlines.

Preferred Experience The following experience will be considered an

added advantage :Experience with

e-commerce marketplace accounting , including platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.Prior experience in

D2C businesses .Experience in

fashion, footwear, apparel, or retail accounting .Experience handling high-volume transactions and marketplace settlements/reconciliations.
