Role OverviewThis is a field sales role focused on expanding Joify’s presence across your assigned territory by onboarding retailers, managing relationships, and driving sales.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Onboarding: Identify new sales opportunities and onboard retailers, distributors, and dealersRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributorsTarget Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIsDistribution & Merchandising: Ensure proper product placement, freezer stocking, and inventory managementMarket Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and share market insightsField Visits: Conduct regular field visits within your assigned territory
What We’re Looking ForExperience: 4+ years in FMCG, beverage, or food industry sales, preferably in cold-chain products.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and B2B/B2C sales skillsLogistics: Must have a vehicle and valid driving license for field sales.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business preferred.Software: Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM softwares.Comfortable with on-ground, field-based work
