We are seeking agile and experienced consultants to guide students through a smooth, hassle free application and documentation process for international education placements.n
nThe role involves providing end to end counselling support, assisting with admission and visa processes, and ensuring students receive accurate and timely guidance.n
nExcellent communication skills and a strong service mindset are essential for this role.n

nRoles and Responsibilities:n
n
nHandle student walk-ins and effectively address queries related to studying abroad.n
nProvide comprehensive, end to end counselling solutions.n
nAssess students’ eligibility and recommend suitable country, course and university /college options.n
nOffer accurate guidance on admission requirements, visa documentation, and mandatory compliance processes.n
nManage the complete admission cycle from university application filing to visa submission n
nMaintain regular follow ups and ensure consistent communication with students.n
nStay updated on policy changes, procedures,



and requirements for English speaking and other Europe countries.n
nEnsure proper case documentation and timely follow ups for effective closure.n
nPrepare reports as required by management.n
nTo take seminars abroad study opportunities at local international school, college and university levels. n

n*Requirements and Skills* n
nBachelors degree ( or higher qualification)n
nStrong knowledge of international education systems and destination countries (Ireland , UK , Germany, sAustralia and Europe)n
nMinimum 2+ years of counselling experience, preferably in the education industry.n
nAbility to multitask under pressure and meet deadlinesn
nStrong commitment to delivering high- quality servicen
nProficiency in MS word, Excel, and familiarity with CRM platformsn
nExcellent verbal and written communication skillsn
nStrong problem solving and resolution skills.
