Overview

As a full stack Software Technical Lead you are responsible to leads a team of 4–10 developers, makes key architecture and technology stack recommendations, review code by team members, enforces secure coding standards, mentors junior and mid-level developers, translates business requirements into technical specifications, and resolves technical bottlenecks and performance issues while coordinating with DevOps, QA, and design teams.

This role combines technical proficiency with leadership skills.

Skill/Experience:

Full Stack Development: 4-8 years of hands-on experience in MERN and Python stacks.

1. Front end: Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React. Ensure user-friendly navigation and layout.
2. Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic using Node.Js and Express.Js.
3. Manage databases with Postgres and perform CRUD operations.
4. API Development: Create and integrate APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems. Ensure secure and efficient data exchange.
5. Deployment and Maintenance:



Deploy applications to cloud platforms. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.

Technical Leadership: Proven ability to guide and mentor a team of developers.

System Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum practices for project delivery.

Cloud Architecture: Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices.

Communication Skills: Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications

Strong problem-solving skills, Analytical skills and the ability to manage ambiguity.

Experience with CI/CD processes and tools.

Understanding of database management, including SQL and NoSQL systems.

Qualifications
