Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on laboratory sessions- Deliver the prescribed technical curriculum effectively- Demonstrate PLC, SCADA, automation and industrial-control applications- Guide students through practical exercises and troubleshooting- Conduct assessments and monitor learner progress- Mentor students during automation projects and the final capstone- Support system design, PLC programming, SCADA development, integration and testing- Maintain training records and progress reports- Coordinate with DSIB Tech and institutional representatives- Ensure timely completion of the program and project deliverables✅ Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a trainer who can teach, demonstrate, implement, troubleshoot, integrate, test and mentor real industrial automation systems.Candidates with experience in PLC/SCADA training, industrial automation, power electronics, instrumentation, motor drives, academic training, finishing schools, or industry projects will be preferred.? QualificationBachelor’s degree or equivalent in EEE, Electrical Engineering, ECE, Instrumentation/Control Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related engineering discipline.Strong relevant industry experience and hands-on expertise will also be considered.?
