Job Summary

RenB Digital is looking for a Freelance Zoho Customization Specialist to help us customize and optimize our Zoho platform according to our business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Zoho dashboards, workflows, automation, reports, and Deluge scripting.

Key Responsibilities

- Customize and configure Zoho dashboards based on business requirements.
- Create customized dashboards, reports, and performance tracking systems.
- Configure modules, forms, fields, layouts, workflows, and user permissions.
- Develop PMS (Performance Management System) and project management dashboards.
- Set up employee hierarchy, KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting structures.
- Create workflow automation, notifications, approvals, and task assignments.
- Develop custom functions using Deluge.
- Integrate relevant Zoho applications where required.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing Zoho configurations.
- Understand requirements from HR and management and convert them into practical Zoho solutions.
- Provide ongoing customization and technical support as required.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho People / Zoho Projects / Zoho Analytics / Zoho Creator.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Dashboard customization.
- Experience with Deluge scripting and Zoho automation.
- Knowledge of workflows, reports, custom functions, and integrations.
- Understanding of PMS, HRMS, or project management systems is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Zoho customization or development.
- Previous experience customizing HR, PMS, or project management systems.
- Experience creating management dashboards and MIS reports.
- Portfolio or examples of previous Zoho projects will be an advantage.

Freelance Engagement

This is a project-based freelance prospect.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
