*Roles and responsibilities*

Support in connecting and building relationships with vendors across the event industry ecosystem, including venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, artists, and other service providers.

Assist vendors in onboarding and registration on our AI-powered platform, ensuring smooth documentation and profile setup.

Help in package creation and service structuring to digitally present vendor offerings in an organized and attractive format.

Coordinate between clients and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and service execution.

Gain hands-on exposure to live event operations and understand vendor services, pricing, and client expectations.

Conduct basic market research on event trends, competitor pricing, and service packages.

Support the internal team in maintaining accuracy and quality of vendor information on the platform.

Learn how AI and technology are transforming the event management ecosystem.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
