- Experience: Prior experience in Service Telecalling and Body Shop/Insurance Claim Coordination preferred.
- DMS Knowledge: Robust system knowledge and hands-on experience in DMS software.
- Coordinate insurance claims, documentation, approvals, and claim status updates.
- Handle customer calls, follow-ups, and provide regular updates on repair and claim progress.
- Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, surveyors, service advisors, and workshop teams.
