Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, leads, and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Meet assigned calling and performance targets.
- Maintain valuable communication and professional relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
