Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated General Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell non-life insurance products, including Health Insurance, Travel Insurance, Property Insurance, and Commercial Insurance solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, servicing existing clients, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate business through direct sales, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and channel partners.

· Promote and sell motor, health, travel, property, and other general insurance products.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

· Prepare quotations, compare policies, and assist clients in policy selection.

· Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.

· Manage customer relationships and ensure timely renewals.

· Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

· Assist clients with claims guidance and policy servicing requirements.

· Maintain accurate sales records and MIS reports.





· Stay updated with product offerings, market developments, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

· Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.

· Knowledge of motor, health, and general insurance products.

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

· Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 1–5 years of experience in General Insurance sales.

· Experience in Motor, Health, Corporate, SME, or Retail Insurance sales will be preferred.
