A. University Administration

- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities related to university academic and statutory functions.
- Coordinate with Registrar, Deans, Heads of Schools, Examination, Admissions, Finance, HR and other departments.
- Maintain university records, registers, approvals, notifications and official correspondence.
- Coordinate issuance and maintenance of student-related university documents and certificates.
- Support academic calendar, meetings, committees and university events.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, action trackers and follow-up reports for university-level meetings.
- Coordinate implementation and tracking of decisions taken by competent authorities.

B. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

- Coordinate compliance with applicable requirements of UGC, State Government, statutory bodies and other applicable regulatory authorities.
- Maintain a regulatory compliance calendar with due dates, responsible persons and status.
- Track statutory notifications, circulars, guidelines and regulatory changes affecting the University.
- Coordinate collection and submission of required information, data and supporting documents.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of approvals, permissions, recognitions, affiliations and statutory records.
- Ensure timely renewal/extension of applicable approvals, registrations and permissions.

C. Inspection & Accreditation Coordination

- Coordinate preparation for UGC, NAAC, NIRF, Government and other regulatory/statutory inspections as applicable.
- Prepare inspection checklists and department-wise compliance trackers.




- Coordinate with departments for collection of faculty, student, infrastructure, academic, financial and administrative data.
- Maintain inspection files, evidence documents and supporting records.
- Coordinate inspection visits, schedules, meetings and document presentation.
- Track observations/non-conformities and ensure timely closure of action points.

D. Affiliation & External Liaison

- Coordinate with concerned universities, government departments and statutory/regulatory authorities.
- Handle official correspondence, submissions, applications and follow-up communications.
- Maintain records of affiliation, recognition, approvals and statutory permissions.
- Coordinate with external agencies for inspections, approvals and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up until closure of regulatory matters.

E. Academic Administration

- Support Schools/Departments in implementation of academic and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate academic documentation and statutory records.
- Support examination, admissions, student records and academic committee activities, wherever assigned.




- Monitor submission of required academic reports and data from Schools/Departments.
- Coordinate faculty-related academic documentation required for regulatory purposes.

F. Data, MIS & Documentation

- Prepare periodic University Regulatory MIS for management review.
- Maintain master trackers for:
- Approvals & recognitions
- Statutory submissions
- Inspections
- Accreditation
- Affiliation
- Committee meetings
- Regulatory observations
- Compliance status
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and traceability of data submitted to external authorities.
- Maintain both digital and physical records with appropriate document control.

G. Committee & Governance Support

- Provide administrative support to statutory and non-statutory university committees.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, minutes and action-taken reports.
- Maintain committee composition, tenure and meeting records.
- Ensure periodic meetings are conducted as per applicable requirements.

H. General Administration

- Coordinate official communication and documentation between university departments.
- Support administrative projects assigned by the Registrar/management.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Infrastructure, Admissions and other support functions.
- Handle confidential university and regulatory information with appropriate discretion.
- Undertake other university administration responsibilities assigned by the competent authority.

3. Key Deliverables / KPIs

Pay: ₹239,009.50 - ₹550,000.00 per year
