# Video Editor & Content Creator

sHouss Design & Build is a growing design-and-build company specializing in **architecture, construction and interiors**, with a focus on premium residential homes and villas.

### Role

We are looking for a **creative Video Editor & Content Creator** to create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

### Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos

- Edit talking-head, educational and project videos

- Add captions, B-roll, music, graphics and basic effects

- Edit construction site, project-progress and before/after videos

- Create Reel covers/thumbnails when required

- Assist with occasional content shoots

- Keep up with current social media trends





- Work closely with the founder and team on content

### Preferred Skills

- Good knowledge of video editing tools/apps

- Strong understanding of Reels and short-form content

- Valuable sense of storytelling, pacing and captions

- Basic colour correction and audio editing

- Creative mindset and attention to detail

- Basic graphic design skills are a plus

- Interest in architecture, construction or interiors is a plus

### Ideal Candidate

Creative, responsible, willing to learn, comfortable taking feedback and able to work independently.

**We value creativity and editing skills more than qualifications. Portfolio is important.**
