EdvioniX is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Interns who are interested in building their career in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Work Mode: Work From Home

Duration: 2–3 Months (Extendable)

Stipend: Performance-based

Experience: Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through job portals and social media

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct preliminary telephonic screening calls
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Assist with onboarding and other HR operations
- Support live HR projects and initiatives
- Assist with employer branding and candidate outreach

Eligibility: 12th Pass / Pursuing Graduation / Graduates

- Candidates from all streams can apply
- Valuable communication skills in English/Hindi




- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
- Interest in HR and recruitment
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
- Indian candidates only
