Job Description: Blue-Collar Sr HR Recruiter(Only candidates with prior experience in hiring blue collar apply for this role)

Role Overview:

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening them and ensuring timely deployment of field workers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit blue-collar/field workers for car washing operations.

- Maintain and utilize your own candidate database for sourcing.

- Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within the given timelines.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue-collar candidates.

- Follow up with candidates until successful joining.

- Coordinate with operations/vendors regarding manpower requirements.





- Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring updates.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in blue-collar recruitment/manpower hiring is mandatory.

- Candidates with an existing blue-collar database will be preferred.

- Own laptop is mandatory – company will not provide a laptop.

- Solid sourcing and candidate-conversion skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.

- Should be comfortable with high-volume recruitment.

Week Schedule:

- 6 days working

- Sunday Week-off

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
