Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Store Sales Executive to assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
