We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented Fresher UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between interface design and practical front-end implementation. You will work on creating intuitive user experiences, translating wireframes into functional web interfaces, and collaborating closely with our product and development teams.

This position begins with a 3-month unpaid training and evaluation period, structured as an intensive hands-on internship. Upon successful completion and performance review, top performers will transition into a salaried, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

- UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Frontend Implementation: Translate design mockups into responsive, clean, and reusable web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- User-Centric Design: Understand user requirements, gather feedback, and continuously refine user journeys for digital products.
- Cross-Browser & Device Compatibility: Ensure designs render smoothly and consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with backend developers and project stakeholders to implement UI features and optimize application usability.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, or a related field (Recent graduates or final-year students welcome).
- Foundational Design Knowledge: Familiarity with modern UI/UX principles, design systems, typography, and color theory.
- Design Tools: Practical knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Frontend Basics: Hands-on understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with frameworks (React, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap) is a plus.
- Portfolio/Projects: A portfolio, GitHub profile, or sample project links showcasing web design and basic coding projects is required.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, proactive, receptive to feedback, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Progression

- First 3 Months: Unpaid training and assessment internship.
- Month 4 Onward: Full time employment with a formal offer letter and industry-standard salary, subject to performance evaluation during the initial 3-month phase.
