- Manage daily inbound, sorting, scanning, loading, dispatch and outbound operations.
- Supervise Field Executives, Ground Coordinators, loaders and other operational staff.
- Allocate manpower and responsibilities according to shipment volume and operational requirements.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance, productivity and shift performance.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery as per defined TAT/SLA.
- Monitor shipment accuracy, productivity, quality and operational KPIs.
- Plan routes and vehicle deployment for efficient last-mile operations.
- Handle delivery exceptions, operational issues and escalations.
- Coordinate with Hub, Linehaul, Transport, Customer Support and other teams.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide on-the-job training and coaching.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs,



safety, security and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily MIS/operational reports and maintain accurate system records.
- Monitor shipment discrepancies and ensure proper closure of operational issues.
- Drive process improvement and reduce operational delays.
- Maintain workplace discipline, housekeeping and overall shift efficiency

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
