We work with people struggling with diabetes and metabolic health concerns and help them improve their health through structured nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, and medical guidance.

About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, confident, and people-friendly Nutritionist who wants to experience and understand the entire journey of a diabetic customer — from the moment they first enter our system to the point where they become a client and start working with our health team.

This is not just a diet-plan or backend nutrition role.

Your responsibilities will have two major components:

1. New Client Intake & Call Scheduling

You will be one of the first people our potential clients interact with.

Your job will be to:

- Speak with people who have recently entered our system
- Understand their diabetic condition, HbA1c, medications, health history, lifestyle, current challenges, and goals
- Ask structured questions to understand their situation properly
- Educate them about the next steps in their health journey
- Determine and coordinate the appropriate next consultation
- Schedule qualified individuals for calls with our consultation team
- Maintain accurate notes and update client information in our internal systems
- Follow up with people through calls and WhatsApp where required

This gives you direct exposure to the problems, concerns, motivations, and questions people have before they become customers.

2. Enrolled Client Nutrition & Backend Support

Once someone becomes a customer,



you will also get exposure to the delivery side of their journey.

You will:

- Conduct onboarding and nutrition calls with enrolled clients
- Understand their diet, lifestyle, health reports, medications, routines, and goals in greater detail
- Conduct 1-on-1 client calls and follow-up consultations
- Create and modify personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans
- Track client progress and adherence
- Answer client questions through WhatsApp, calls, and email
- Document progress and significant observations for the health team
- Coordinate with doctors, senior nutritionists, coaches, and other team members
- Help ensure clients receive a smooth experience throughout the program

You will experience the complete customer journey:

Person enters our system → You understand their diabetic situation → Schedule their consultation → They become a customer → Onboarding → Nutrition calls → Follow-ups → Ongoing health support.

What You’ll Learn

Unlike a traditional entry-level nutritionist position, this role gives you exposure to the complete lifecycle of a diabetic client.

You’ll learn how to communicate with people before they start their health journey, understand different diabetes cases, conduct structured health conversations, manage consultations, create nutrition interventions, and work with clients over the longer term.





This makes the role a combination of nutrition knowledge + client communication + health assessment + client management.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience — freshers are welcome
- Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or a related field
- Excellent spoken English — mandatory
- Excellent written English — mandatory
- Confident speaking with clients over phone/video calls
- Comfortable asking questions and understanding people's health situations
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Comfortable with regular client calls and follow-ups
- Organized and capable of maintaining accurate client notes
- Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership
- Interest in diabetes, metabolic health, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine is a strong advantage
