- Will be responsible for product presentation or Demo to clients
- Will be Responsible for implementation of ERP software
- at retail, wholesale & distributors
- Receiving or Making Calls to customer for technical support
- Responsible for providing technical support to the clients including installation and after implementation services.
- Support Customer's queries online/Over Phone / On Premise & Chat.
- Will be responsible for Training to users/ channel partners.
- Handle client servers also
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Taking care of Service & Amc
Skills Required
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS office, Net Surfing)
- Freshers with positive Technical knowledge can also apply.
- On Job Training will be imparted to selected candidates.
- Candidates with SQL server knowledge will be preferred.
