QA / Business Analyst – Banking Domain

Experience: 5–6 Years
Location: Pune | Hybrid
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days | Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA / Business Analyst with strong experience in the Banking domain, preferably Loan Origination System (LOS). The candidate should have expertise in requirement gathering, manual testing, business process validation, and end-to-end application testing.

Key Skills

- Banking domain experience; LOS preferred
- Requirement gathering & BRD preparation
- Manual Testing: Functional, Regression, System & UAT
- Test case design, execution & defect tracking (Jira)
- SQL for database validation
- API Testing – Postman
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC & Agile
- Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills

Positive to Have

- Automation Testing – Selenium or similar
- Exposure to lending/loan processing workflows
