Position: Education Counsellor (Full-Time)

Salary: ₹18,000 fixed per month

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and sell Vidyaa Vistaraa certification courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into paid enrollments.
- Maintain daily lead and admission records in CRM/Excel.
- Provide professional guidance and excellent student support.

Performance Policy

- Minimum 2 hours of productive talk time per day is compulsory.
- Completion of the daily 2-hour talk time is mandatory to receive the full fixed salary of ₹18,000.
- Daily talk time and performance will be monitored through the calling system.
