Hiring: Franchise Manager – Preschool / Education Sector

Location: Hyderabad | WFH / Hybrid
Experience: Preschool / Education / Franchise / Business Development preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on franchise leads.
- Connect with prospective franchise partners and schedule F2F/virtual meetings.
- Present the franchise prospect and handle negotiations.
- Travel for F2F meetings and franchise closures as required.
- Coordinate documentation, agreements and onboarding.
- Achieve franchise acquisition and closure targets.

Requirements:

- Preschool/education/franchise experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and closures.
- Hyderabad-based candidates only preferred.
