Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Sales Managers for a growing business in the BFSI/Loan Distribution sector. Candidates with solid experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan or Financial Services Sales are preferred.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Strong lead generation and conversion skills
- Good knowledge of loan/financial products
- Strong customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate business through direct or channel sales
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Existing market/channel relationships will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and leads
- Convert leads into business
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop customer and channel relationships
- Handle the complete sales cycle
- Develop referral/business networks
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing
