About the Role
Iskra Counselling Centre is seeking a CBT/DBT Therapist for a full-time remote role supporting teenage and adult clients through structured, evidence-informed online sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Use appropriate CBT and DBT-informed methods for thoughts, behaviours, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills.
- Set collaborative treatment goals and monitor progress.
- Provide relevant psychoeducation and between-session skills practice.
- Involve parents or guardians appropriately when working with minors.
- Maintain confidential records and follow suitable risk-escalation and referral processes.
- Work within qualified competence and refer needs outside the role’s scope.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology,
or a closely related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant therapeutic experience with teenagers or adults preferred; candidates with additional experience may also apply.
- Formal training and practice-based experience in CBT, DBT, or DBT-informed interventions.
- Ability to apply structured approaches flexibly and ethically in remote practice.
- Professional registration, certification, or licence where required by applicable regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
