Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, well-groomed and courteous Housekeeping & Clinic Support Staff to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of The Skin Art Clinic and provide day-to-day support to the doctor, patients and clinic team.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, presentable and welcoming clinic setting, assisting with patient hospitality, and taking care of the doctor's basic service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Housekeeping & Cleanliness

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire clinic on a daily basis.
- Dust and clean the reception, waiting area, treatment areas, corridors and other common areas.
- Keep the doctor's cabin clean, organised and presentable at all times.
- Ensure washrooms and other clinic areas are cleaned regularly.
- Ensure furniture, surfaces, mirrors, doors and other visible areas are dust-free.
- Keep the clinic ready and presentable before the start of patient hours.
- Ensure proper disposal of general waste and maintain overall hygiene standards.

2. Patient Hospitality & Support

- Greet patients courteously when they arrive at the clinic.
- Offer and serve tea, coffee, water or other refreshments to patients as required.
- Assist patients with basic non-clinical requirements and make them comfortable.
- Maintain a polite, warm and professional attitude with all patients and visitors.
- Ensure the waiting area remains clean and comfortable throughout the day.

3. Doctor's Support

- Maintain cleanliness and order in the doctor's cabin.
- Prepare and serve tea/coffee to the doctor as required.




- Prepare and serve the doctor's lunch.
- Assist with basic day-to-day requirements of the doctor within the clinic.
- Ensure the doctor's cabin and surrounding area are kept ready before consultations begin.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for any basic support required during the doctor's working hours.

4. General Clinic Support

- Refill drinking water, tea/coffee and other basic hospitality supplies when required.
- Keep cups, glasses, trays and serving items clean and properly arranged.
- Monitor basic housekeeping supplies and inform the concerned person when stocks are running low.
- Assist the clinic team with basic non-clinical tasks whenever required.
- Follow the clinic's hygiene, cleanliness and service standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, clinic, hotel or similar service roles will be preferred.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Polite, courteous and presentable personality.
- Comfortable interacting with patients and visitors.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
- Should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Experience working in a medical, dermatology, cosmetology or premium clinic environment will be an advantage.

Important Expectations

- The clinic should remain clean, hygienic and presentable throughout the day, not only at the beginning of working hours.
- Patient interaction should always be polite, respectful and service-oriented.
- The candidate is expected to proactively identify and attend to basic housekeeping and hospitality requirements without constant supervision.

Reporting

Reports To: Clinic Management / Clinic Coordinator

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
