Eligibility

For Intern / Trainee positions, candidates should have any one of the following qualifications:

- ITI in relevant trade

- Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Fabrication or related field

- B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy or related field

For Fitter, Welder, Grinder and Helper positions, candidates with relevant practical experience or technical qualifications are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Welder

- Perform welding and fabrication work as per drawings and specifications.

- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

- Check weld quality and maintain required standards.

- Follow workplace safety procedures.

Fitter

- Perform fitting, assembly, alignment and fabrication activities.

- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.

- Use hand tools and measuring instruments.

- Ensure accuracy and quality of completed work.

Grinder

- Perform grinding, finishing and surface preparation work.

- Operate grinding machines and hand tools safely.

- Remove excess material, weld spatter and sharp edges.

- Maintain required surface finish and quality.

Helper

- Assist welders,



fitters and grinders in daily production activities.

- Handle and arrange materials, tools and equipment.

- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workplace.

- Follow safety instructions and support the production team.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of workshop/fabrication activities.

- Ability to work with hand tools and equipment.

- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

- Good work discipline and safety awareness.

- Technical drawing knowledge is an advantage for ITI/Diploma/B.Tech candidates.

Experience

- Freshers: Eligible for internship/trainee positions.

- Experienced candidates: Preferred for skilled Welder, Fitter and Grinder positions.

- Relevant experience will be considered based on the position.
