We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT & Infrastructure professional with robust practical experience in Azure, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, and live/production environments.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of our IT infrastructure and client-hosted environments. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, proactive, capable of making independent decisions, and comfortable taking ownership of both technical and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Azure, servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and related IT systems.
- Ensure the security, availability, and stability of live/production and client-hosted environments.
- Implement and monitor data security, access controls, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and security best practices.
- Manage backup, data recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes to protect critical company and client data.
- Monitor infrastructure and security risks and take proactive action to prevent incidents and service disruptions.
- Review Azure and infrastructure usage and identify cost optimisation and resource efficiency opportunities.
- Proactively communicate security risks, infrastructure issues, cost-saving opportunities, and recommended actions to management.
- Work with Development, QA, and DevOps teams on infrastructure, deployment, security, and production requirements.
- Manage IT vendors and service providers, including technical evaluation, quotations, renewals, and service delivery.




- Lead and guide the IT team while remaining hands-on in critical technical matters and incident resolution.

Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations, preferably in a software/technology environment.
- Strong practical experience managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining live/production environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud infrastructure, system administration, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, access management, vulnerability management, and security controls.
- Hands-on experience with backup and recovery solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Experience protecting and managing business-critical and/or client data in hosted environments.
- Ability to identify infrastructure, security, and operational risks and take appropriate preventive action.
- Ability to review infrastructure/cloud usage and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
- Strong incident management, troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing IT vendors, service providers, and technology solutions.
- Strong team leadership, ownership, and proactive communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with DevOps / CI/CD and software deployment environments.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Relevant Azure or IT infrastructure certifications.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
