Treamis World School is looking for an experienced and passionate Psychology and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Mentor to support students following the IBDP and CIE curricula.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons in accordance with the IBDP and CIE curricula.
- Mentor students in Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and support them in developing critical thinking and inquiry skills.
- Guide students in analysing concepts, evaluating perspectives, constructing arguments, and using evidence effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, learning resources, and academic support materials.
- Support students with Psychology internal assessments, extended essays, examinations, and other academic requirements.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and communicate student progress to parents and school leadership.
- Participate in department meetings, career development programmes,



and school activities.

Candidate Profile

- A postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
- Relevant teaching experience in IBDP Psychology and TOK.
- Experience with the CIE curriculum will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IBDP Psychology, TOK requirements, assessment criteria, and examination expectations.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, classroom management, and student-support skills.
- A student-centred approach to teaching and learning.
