We are looking for a creative, smart, and multitasking Social Media Executive cum Graphics Designer to join our team at our Fashion & Interior Design Institute in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media creatives, basic digital marketing support, and assisting in day-to-day office administration work.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design creative posts, banners, reels, brochures, and promotional materials
- Handle and manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content for marketing and admissions campaigns
- Assist in photography/video editing for institute activities and events
- Coordinate with management for branding and promotional activities
- Support office administration and day-to-day coordination work
- Assist in basic front office and operational tasks when required

Required Skills





- Proficiency in graphic designing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Knowledge of social media handling and content creation
- Basic video editing skills preferred
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and office administration

Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Designing, Multimedia, or related field
- Experience in social media management and designing preferred
