About the Role

Ambika Irons and Minerals is looking for a responsible and motivated Team Lead to manage day-to-day team activities, coordinate work, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise team members on a daily basis.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure work is completed within deadlines and according to company requirements.
- Coordinate between team members and management.
- Maintain daily work records and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve routine team-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and guide team members when required.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workplace standards.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a team-handling, supervisory, or similar role.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications will be an advantage.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
