Telecaller – Job Description

Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Experience: 0–1 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain company services and generate enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share relevant customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up regularly with customers to develop business opportunities.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

- Graduate / HSC with good communication skills.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Candidates based in Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹8,666.21 - ₹31,324.75 per month
