KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop detailed 3D architectural models from drawings and design concepts
- Produce high-quality photorealistic exterior and interior renders
- Create realistic materials, textures, lighting and environments
- Develop landscape and site visualizations
- Prepare day, dusk and night-time visualizations
- Select and develop appropriate camera compositions
- Create architectural walkthroughs and animations
- Undertake skilled post-production and image enhancement Work closely with architects and designers to accurately represent design intent Maintain a high standard of visual quality and attention to detail
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
Candidates with any of the following backgrounds may apply:
- B.Arch - B.Des / Interior Design
- Architectural Visualization
- 3D Animation & VFX
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Architectural Visualization Candidates with exceptional portfolios may be considered irrespective of the institution or specific qualification. REQUIRED SOFTWARE SKILLS :

3ds Max

- Corona Renderer / V-Ray

- Adobe Photoshop
