Brand Growth & Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview -

We are looking for an enthusiastic, disciplined and proactive individual to join our Marketing team. The role will focus on strengthening Upstep’s brand presence through content and brand initiatives, influencer marketing, growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities -

- Conceptualize and execute internal brand and content initiatives to strengthen Upstep’s brand presence.
- Develop new content / Ad ideas, campaigns, social media properties and brand-led initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, reach and audience engagement.
- Research, identify and reach out to relevant influencers and content creators.
- Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end, including outreach, coordination, negotiation, briefing, execution and follow-ups.
- Identify and execute relevant brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Community Building: Explore new platforms, communities, trends and opportunities for brand growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely execution of initiatives.
- Maintain trackers for collaborations, deliverables, timelines and outcomes.
- Monitor performance of initiatives and document key learnings.

Requirements -

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Highly disciplined, organized and consistent with follow-ups.
- Strong interest in branding, content, social media and influencer marketing.
- Creative thinking with a robust execution-oriented approach.
- Curious, adaptable and willing to work across different areas of marketing.
- Prior experience in marketing, influencer marketing, social media, content or partnerships is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
