Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning: Design creative and engaging daily lessons that follow school curriculum guidelines.
- Teaching Language and Literature: Instruct students in grammar, punctuation, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.
- Guiding Writing: Help students write clear essays, research papers, and creative pieces.
- Assessing Progress: Grade assignments, evaluate tests, and provide helpful feedback for student growth.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, respectful, and focused learning workplace.
- Parent Communication: Meet with parents and guardians to discuss student behavior and academic progress.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong command of the English language, excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
- Tech Literacy: Ability to use digital tools and educational software in the classroom.
