*SALES FIELD – JOB DESCRIPTION*
**Location:** Indore
**Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in Sales / B2B Sales
**Salary:** ₹18,000–₹22,000 + Incentives
* Depends on interview*
* Key Responsibilities
* Set daily/monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
* Generate B2B leads through calling, field visits, and market networking.
* Handle customer meetings, product demos, quotations, and negotiations.
* Develop new markets and maintain existing customer relationships.
* Track leads, follow-ups, orders, and daily sales reports.
* Achieve monthly team sales targets and revenue goals.
*Required Skills*
* Robust communication & negotiation skills
* B2B/field sales experience
* Target-oriented and result-focused
* Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
