Responsible for 24×7 O&M; support, administration, patching, upgrades, performance tuning and incident resolution of IBM BPM/BAW platforms; coordination with OEM for PMRs; DC–DR operations including DR drills and switchover; SLA compliance, documentation, reporting and knowledge transfer.
