Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and ICC (Invoice Capture Center) solutions.

- Should have prior technical experience on VIM

- Customization: Map business rules, approval workflows, and data extraction settings.
- Integration: Connect VIM with SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Upgrade: Support VIM version upgrades, patch applications, and system migrations.

- Individual contributor and should have very strong hands-on experience

- Documentation: Write technical design specs, test scripts, and user training guides.

Skill Requirements

- Core Expertise: OpenText VIM & ICC, and Archive Center.
- SAP Knowledge: ABAP programming, Workflow, Data Dictionary and IDoc/BAPI integration.

- VIM Components: Deep understanding of DP (Data Capture) documents, indexing, and blocking reasons.
- Problem Solving: Ability to trace logs, debug ABAP code, and fix mapping errors.
