Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker Trainer with hands-on experience in US Freight Brokerage and Logistics. The candidate will be responsible for training and guiding trainees on practical freight brokerage operations and industry processes.
Responsibilities
- Train candidates on US Freight Brokerage and Logistics operations
- Explain load booking, carrier coordination, rate negotiation, and freight brokerage processes
- Provide practical and industry-focused training
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve trainee queries and ensure proper understanding of freight operations
- Keep trainees updated with practical US trucking and freight industry workflows
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Freight Brokerage / US Logistics
- Previous experience as a Freight Broker Trainer or Logistics Trainer is preferred
- Robust knowledge of the US trucking and freight industry
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and guide freshers effectively
- Practical experience in freight brokerage operations is required
