Job Description:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall management and performance of the branch, including day-to-day operations, staff management, student experience, admissions, sales, training coordination, and achievement of business targets. The role requires strong leadership, operational, and people - management skills, with the ability to ensure smooth functioning of the branch and contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Take overall responsibility for the performance, productivity, and discipline of all branch staff.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate employees across departments
- Set team goals, monitor individual and team performance, and ensure achievement of assigned admission, enrollment, revenue and operational targets.
- Monitor daily activities, attendance, punctuality, task completion, and overall staff productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, feedback, and performance support to employees
- Monitor the sales and admission pipeline, follow-ups, conversations and revenue performance of the branch
- Ensure proper coordination between all departments
- Ensure branch processes, company policies, reporting procedures, and operational standards are properly followed.
- Prepare and review regular branch performance reports, includings admissions, revenue,



staff performance, student activities and operational updates.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve branch productivity, enrollment, student satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Maintain a skilled, disciplined and productive work environment within the branch.
- Coordinate with the management and provide regular updates regarding branch performance, challenges and requirements
- Take ownership of branch-level targets and contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution.

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education or a related field
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in branch management, operations, sales, EdTech, or a similar managerial role
- Prior experience managing a team and handling end-to-end branch operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
