Job Title: IT Support Engineer / Executive
Experience:7-8 Years
Location: Thane, Wagle Estate

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7-8 years of experience in IT support or IT management.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and cloud platforms.
- Experience in installing various architectural software is preferred.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity practices, antivirus management, and data protection.
- Basic understanding of data security and backups.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals, and network devices.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems including Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and mobile platforms.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, user accounts, email systems, and domain environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot MS Outlook, email backups, restore activities, and communication systems.
- Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve hardware, software, system administration, and network-related issues reported by employees.




- Monitor and maintain networking and network infrastructure including TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and data sharing.
- Perform server backup, data recovery, backup restoration, and disaster recovery activities to ensure data safety and security.
- Support remote desktop, remote assistance, and helpdesk operations for onsite and remote users.
- Manage IT assets, inventory records, antivirus updates, software installations, licenses, and system security.
- Arrange laptops, email IDs, software access, and required IT setup for new joinees within minimum TAT.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, AMC, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.
- Handle vendor negotiations and stakeholder coordination for IT-related requirements and service support.
- Maintain project file management, shared folders, map drives, printers, and user access permissions.
- Conduct regular system audits, preventive maintenance, and proactively recommend improvements or new IT tools.
- Ensure timely closure of incidents and service requests.
