We are looking for a skilled and dedicated VMC Operator to join our Machine Shop team. The candidate will be responsible for operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines, ensuring production quality, and following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Load and unload components in the machine.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure product quality.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
- Follow production schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace 5S.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with setters and supervisors for smooth production.
Eligibility & Skills
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical preferred).
- Experience in VMC machine operation is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Valuable attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
