Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and collect customer feedback about vehicle services.
- Maintain call records and meet daily targets.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Assamese; basic Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Laptop/desktop, BPO USB headset, 80+ Mbps internet and power backup required.
