Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Knitted Garment Pattern Making Master to create precise, production-ready patterns for knitted garments. The role requires deep knowledge of knit fabrics, advanced manual and CAD skills, and the ability to ensure perfect fit and construction across various styles.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate patterns for T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, dresses, cardigans, and activewear.
- Conduct fittings, make adjustments, and ensure optimal garment aesthetics, comfort, and function.
- Grade patterns for all sizes, maintaining consistency and fit.
- Document measurements, specifications, and maintain pattern libraries.
- Collaborate with design, sampling, and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Provide technical guidance to manufacturing teams and train junior staff.




- Research and implement new pattern-making techniques for improved efficiency.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or Pattern Making.
- 8–12+ years in pattern making with strong focus on knitted garments.
- Expertise in CAD software (Lectra, Gerber, Optitex, Shima Seiki, Stoll).
- Robust manual drafting skills and deep understanding of knit fabrics.
- Proficiency in grading, garment construction techniques, and fit analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
