Billionpreet is looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing / Growth Manager who wants to take ownership of revenue, content marketing, sales and business growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive ₹30 Lakh+ monthly revenue target
- Build and execute sales strategies
- Manage and improve the sales team
- Generate leads through content marketing, digital marketing and outbound sales
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Develop content-led customer acquisition strategies
- Track sales pipeline, conversion and revenue KPIs
- Improve sales processes and business operations
- Work directly with management on growth strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue channels
- Take ownership of monthly sales performance

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Robust sales and business development skills




- Good understanding of digital and content marketing
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach to sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to take ownership of revenue targets
- Experience in B2B sales, consulting or services will be an advantage

THE GOAL

This is not a routine 9-to-5 sales job.
